Welcome to HrefLabs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we offer. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Overview

HrefLabs provides MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development and related services. We specialize in helping clients transform ideas into market-ready MVPs using an AI-driven approach.

The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work agreed upon between HrefLabs and the client.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, HrefLabs retains ownership of all methodologies, processes, techniques, ideas, concepts, trade secrets, and know-how used or developed during the course of providing services.

Upon full payment for services rendered, clients will own the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. However, HrefLabs may showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any content, materials, or intellectual property they provide to HrefLabs for use in the project.

Maintenance and Support

After project completion, HrefLabs provides a 30-day maintenance period during which we will address any bugs or issues that arise in the delivered MVP. The specifics of this support will be outlined in your project agreement.

For ongoing development and support beyond the initial project scope, clients can subscribe to our Growth Plan or negotiate a separate maintenance agreement.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients are expected to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals as requested
• Supply necessary content, materials, and information required for the project
• Participate in scheduled meetings and review sessions
• Promptly notify HrefLabs of any issues or concerns

Delays in client feedback or deliverables may impact project timelines and possibly incur additional costs.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules and methods will be specified in the project agreement. Generally, MVP projects require an upfront payment before work begins.

For Growth Plan subscriptions, payment is due monthly and will be automatically billed to the payment method on file.

All prices are subject to change with notice. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services for overdue payments.

Warranties

HrefLabs warrants that all services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not guarantee that the delivered MVP will be error-free or that all features will function exactly as envisioned.

Browser support: All applications developed by HrefLabs are designed to be visually consistent and functionally compatible, to the extent reasonably possible, across all supported browsers. This includes the latest stable releases of major browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, and Edge. In cases where specific features or designs are not technically feasible due to limitations of a particular browser, we will exercise our discretion to implement a reasonable alternative.

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that under no legal theory, including but not limited to negligence, breach of warranty or condition, breach of contract or tort, will HrefLabs or its owners be liable to you or any third party acting on your behalf for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, or the cost of any substitute equipment, facilities, or services, even if HrefLabs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The total aggregate liability of HrefLabs from any and all claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the services that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HrefLabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HrefLabs is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.
